Turn products into shop-ready offers

Create Your Listings

A live listing is more than a product. It’s your sales pitch.
Creating multiple variations lets you test visuals, copy, and pricing to find what converts best.

Learn

A great listing isn’t just a form you fill out. It combines words, images, and structure to convince buyers. Every element works together to attract clicks and build trust.

When creating your listing pay attention to:

  • Titles: Contain your main keywords so buyers can find you.

  • Descriptions: Explain the product clearly, highlight benefits, technical details and sound like your brand.

  • Tags: Up to 13 keywords that expand search reach.

  • Photos: Remember to use the pictures you’ve found on Cubee files and the ones you have taken. Time to use the best ones.

  • Pricing & Variations: influence buying decisions and help you stand out.

Together, these elements tell Etsy what your product is and convince buyers to purchase. Disclaimer

Practice

You’ll publish 10 Etsy listings (2 per product), each created to balance keyword relevance with your unique brand personality.

  1. Log into Etsy and click “Add a Listing.”

  2. Upload your best photos and video.

  3. Use Hive’s description generator as a base, then edit for clarity, personality, and SEO. (Access here)

  4. Fill all available fields (title, tags, materials, variations).

  5. Create a second version with a different thumbnail or background image.

  6. Repeat until all your products have two variations published.

Finish this Challenge

You’re ready to move on when you have 10 live listings (2 per product), each with a complete description, optimised title, full set of tags, clear pricing, and at least one variation in visuals or copy.

If any of your listing is incomplete or missing media, finalise it before moving forward. Strong, polished listings are the foundation of your shop’s success.
