You’ll encourage reviews and respond in a way that builds your brand’s reputation.

  1. Send polite review requests after each completed order.

  2. Check for new reviews at least once a week.

  3. Respond to all reviews in a warm, professional, on-brand tone.

  4. Add relevant keywords naturally in your responses.

  5. Monitor for Etsy trust signals like “Bestseller” or “In carts.”

  6. Track if reviews correlate with noticeable sales increase.
